I just started using this app and am getting the hang of it. I had a wonderful helper named Daisy. She was amazing!! She walked me through all the steps I had to take and was just phenomenal. Definitely worth installing the app. Thank you, Bon.

I love the app and I love their customer service. It's great that I can choose different colors and languages. It's very easy to customize it.

Great first-day experience with this app today. Cara was really helpful in answering my questions and walking me through the customer redemption process. Hoping to have this app up and running very soon! Customer Service is a huge plus these days, thanks again Cara!

I've only been using the app for a day or two. I've bombarded support with so many questions, which have been answered promptly and professionally. Genie and Chelsea have been amazing. Thank you so much for your help. Migrating from another platform to Shopify has been very stressful, and I was worrying about the loyalty programme I had running. I need not worry anymore. The app is excellent, fully customizable and very professional/nice looking.
I look forward to my customers using it once we've opened properly.

This app is really great, and I love using it! I really like how everything on it is customizable for my needs. I'm excited for customers to start signing up. The support team is fantastic. I've spoken with Dale and then Emile with some questions about how to use the app, app functions, where to find things in it, etc., and let me tell you, they are SO nice and helpful! I definitely recommend this app not only because of the capabilities and customization but also for the support. A great support team is so important!
