The best loyalty program app I have used so far! Amazing features with beautiful UI and super easy to use. Excellent and friendly customer support team with Cara, Daisy and Anna. Would highly recommend it.

we used this app to create a reward program for our clients. Everything you need can be found in BON. very interactive and easy interface.
We reached to their support and ANNA was more than amazing and very professional. Her replies are within seconds. Thank you ANNA and BON team!

Please allow us to clarify again regarding the issue: the slow-speed loading in-app you’ve encountered on 17th May is at BON’s responsibility, and this is not due to your Internet line. We had explained this straightforwardly and clearly in the previous emails. However, I’d love to clarify again in order to prevent any misunderstandings between us.

Now that the above issues were successfully resolved by our Dev team on 18th May, kindly help us check again and please let me know if there are any problems. Besides, 24/7 customer support is on the way to being launched soon, to ensure timely assistance.

BON is an amazing app. I had a quick response from support, and they have an astonishing team! Compared to the rest of the loyalty reward apps. BON easily is the best in my opinion. There are lots of options for customers to earn and spend points. Customizability is vast compared to the competitors. Unlike all other apps, they are NOT greedy and ask for 400$/month for customization. Easily, the best rewards app available!

The App is very simple and the Anna from customer service is amazing, she helped me get started with this loyalty program and unlocked several of the features for me and gave me a few suggestions to improve my site! :)
