We've had an inconsistent experience with the BTA app. Despite investing significant time and effort to get it working for our needs, some fairly basic requirements remain unmet. For example, the Events widget is hardcoded to display only up to six months of events, with no option to extend that range. Used the paid version for our other websites and worked fine until we wanted to improve our booking system. Admin dashboard can be confusing and when you contact support they talk to you in a condescending tone, very unprofessional. For the price there are better options.
