The service I received today was fantastic, and he stayed the course to help me accomplish my goal until it was completed entirely. Last week I had reached out but wasn't ready to embark on implementing the solution. Customer service has been lacking. We've been using this app for nearly 8 years and were an original user. However, as we update our theme, we're finding constant issues with their help team unable to assist. Their solutions are continually to "find the errors ourselves". Seeing as it's the only app out there that does what we want, we're still using them, but the top notch customer service is ...

There is definitely room for improvement, but we are thankful that it exists as there is no other platform available through Shopify.

Update: the help desk contacted me and asked me to update my review, claiming it was misleading. So I'm updating it per their request with additional information and examples so everyone understands.

In my case, our appointments available or booked can never show up on the Booking Overview Calendar, because we allow our clients to choose the length of their session.
