We rely on this a great app to book events, classes,appointments...pretty much anything for our retail store.
Easy to customize and schedule anything.
Even though the interface is very intuitive, if I am ever in a jam and can't figure something out, they reply very quickly.
After a long research of Apps BookThatApp was the best choice. It is perfectly integrated into the shop and the customer stays during his whole journey in the shop and doesn't have to bounce to another website with other payment methods. So this is in my opinion the best and easiest way to integrate class-/event-tickets into your shop. Highly recommendable is the support -> they helped me out very quick and did a great job! Thank you very much!
The app builds a calendar and keeps somewhat a decent track of classes but the customer service is not good at all. Every time something goes wrong and we email support, the support team says it is Shopify's fault, not theirs. Thing go haywire alot. Wrong time and dates are sent as customer confirmations, events do not close when sold out. We have never been helped, only told to change the coding in Shopify and to contact Shopify to let them know their coding is wrong.
I use this app for my dress rental platform and it is a little tricky and scary at first but I immediately contacted the helpline and Rob was absolutely amazing and he responded so quickly and this app is just amazing and so are the people. Totally recommend. 10/10
I have used this app to help my Pub customers enable takeaway food deliveries. It has helped the kitchens to determine the correct schedule in order to keep their customers satisfied. Rob and Alex have been superb in their support in making this work for us.
The app is very usefull and the support is perfect - very quickly helped me with product vizualisation on the calendar.
It has a lot to offer, and they are very helpful. My only concerns are when I can't access it as the site is down (seems to be more frequent lately), and I still get the occasional double booking on the site (which they can't seem to re-create/fix), this is infrequent however. When it works it is great. I would appreciate a number that could be called instead of always emailing when there is something I need help with.
