I have not been using this app for very long so am not as aware of the full capabilities as others, however the features that I have used (all on the free plan) have worked as expected thus far. As it stands currently I have not noticed any changes in site traffic, although I will be keeping my eye on this going forward. I am incredibly impressed with the customer service; I spoke to Jon about verifying my store and they were polite, kind and incredibly helpful! I had a very positive experience and will not hesitate to contact customer help again if I have any issues.
