I am using this app for the privacy policy banner. It was very easy to set up with helpful fast customer support through chat and email. And banner looks great.

I can definitely say that it is the best privacy management app in the Shopify app store and I can confirm that I have installed and verified almost every major app in the store. I congratulate Enzuzo for the excellent job he has done! If they will soon integrate the cookie banner consent solution and the possibility of generating a cookie policy for EU customers, they will become by far the number one. Furthermore, the response time of their server with European shopify sites will be very important, especially for the immediate opening of the banner.

Paid for Starter Subscription. Cookie consent banner didn't work. Support takes several days to reply. Says 25+ languages, but only 1 language present.

How on earth do I add a custom bit of copy to the Privacy Policy? Instructions and the ability to do things like this seem very lacking. I upgraded my plan because it said I could customize it.... so ... how do we do that? I also see no way to contact the company from within the app, so I have to post my Q in a review? Happy to change this review if I get an answer...

This Privacy Policy page is much more clear than one I could create myself and helps me feel confident when it comes to privacy in my store. The data privacy request dashboard is perfect for GDPR and CCPA compliance. The team was also excellent with helping me with any questions I had!
