Candy Rack | All‑in‑One Upsell

After testing every upsell app out there, I can say this one is the best. I have been blown away by their support too! Lucia was so quick and helpful in getting me set up and making my pop-up look elegant and customized. Would absolutely recommend them, you will not be disappointed.

The app works really well for increasing cart size. It is really easy to set up and the support team customized it to our theme right away!

I would give their support 10 stars if Shopify allows. Candy Rack's support is truly excellent. Lucia went above and beyond to offer her expertise on upselling strategies, tweak the look of the upsell pop-up for us and iron out some other issues for us.

App works amazingly, looks great and awesome customer service! We used a free app earlier which was missing functions and lacking design. One click upsell just works better, looks better and upped our upsell conversions!

[Update: The team got back to us shortly after we posted our review, to make sure what makes us leave and see if they can help. This deserves one more star (3 to 4). Good work guys.] The app works well, and it's probably the best integrated pop-up upsell we've tried so far. However, aside from the aesthetics, our upsell doesn't convert any more with this app than it did with the previous (free) app. We would stay with this app if the price was more acceptable. So far, this app has cost us more than the money it brings in. We would really like to see a smaller plan for smaller stores, or even better, "FREE until our upsells cover the cost of the app each month" so that you only pay when it makes you money. Unfortunately, we're going to stop using it and go back to our old free app, which isn't as pretty, but converts just as well.

I've only good things to say about the service and the app! 1 week into my trial. Contacted support to customise the upsell . Santiago attended to me and he was super awesome, so helpful and quick to offer solutions and he did such a nice upsell customisation for my store
