Recently add this app to my website, and my experience has been great so far. Developers are very responsible and helpful.
App works perfectly. Installation took less that 5 minutes. I had a question regarding the position of the button and the support helped me within a short time and fixed the problem for me directly. Tested out a e mail subscription and the email was sent out within 5 minutes after back in stock! Great features for a app what offers a free plan and enough for small business and the prices are really fair.. compared to the other back in stock apps. Highly recommended.

Just installed this app. Im a new start up so having the free option was really handy while we establish ourselves.
The button didn't show at first, but i contacted the live chat and everything was sorted within 5 minutes.

I have been searching for an easy-to-use app for back-in-stock function for a long time and tried many different apps which can be difficult to embed into the website, set up to own preference, or lack of customer support. This app is great and it's easy to go around for setting up to my own preference. When I needed more assistance from the Support Team, I was a little hesitate as I wasn't sure how long I could receive the response. However, Sam the developer showed up right after I sent the enquiry message and solved my question in 5 minutes! The service is amazing and I am so happy to find a back-in-stock app that I can finally stay with continuously :)
