I just installed the app and since i don't have any knowledge of apps i imidiatly asked for help. They helped me out imidiatly and got the app going 100%.
right now i am on a free plan but looking how easy the app works i am considering doing the paid plan

Quick to respond. We asked for the button to be positioned under the sold out button and this was done quickly. Button works and everything looks good.
Fantastic customer service! Needed help installing the "notify" button (not tech savvy) and their support team got it up and running in less than 5 minutes over chat. They were also able to tweak the button based on my design requests within that same chat. Best customer service I've encountered with an app.
just installed so not properly tested yet with customers but found the install quick and support very helpful to change position of notification button. Look forward to giving it a go with the customer base. highly recommend!

Excellent experience with customer service. App requires support to get set up (with some configurations), but tech support was available immediately for help. Looking forward to seeing whether this function gets used by customers...
