The support of the app is bespoke. Customer service is doing their job very well! However, I find the whole interface quite difficult to operate.

I think this app is really easy to navigate! I love the exit widget. Being able to prompt a discount code before customers leave the site has helped tremendously! This app makes it easy to create discount codes and attach them to different campaigns and widgets.
Taking a trial run and so far it's pretty good. Email+Messenger+SMS all in one place is something I am really looking forward to. Creating email campaigns and SMS process is pretty simple and straight. Worth the shot.

This is an important app, comes highly recommended. I havent put it to work fully, but setup was very easy.
So far so good. Have not used it yet but I thought it would be worth a shot. Setup was a litlle confusing but not terrible.

Worst sms app, price is too expensive and customer service is slow and it won't solve any of your problems, i don't recommend this app to anyone, waste of money

Used to work before. New layout seems nice, but I wasn't able to connect my Shopify store anymore, can't connect to Facebook page, got some API error when creating coupon.
