Amazing customer support always availiable, reasonable fee taken by them. Pretty good at winning cases aswell better to have them on your store then not and a super clean layout of the app

My niche has high chargeback rate so installing this app has literally saved my business. Boaz has been extremely helpful in sorting everything out for us. This is the app to use if you need to stop your chargebacks from shutting down your store.

I discovered Chargeflow after receiving a couple of chargebacks, and after a Google search, I was able to find Chargeflow and it's literally a lifesaver for any small businesses! They speak to you directly and help you receive your funds back. As a new brand that began last year, receiving chargebacks is so frustrating that Chargeflow now takes care of everything for you!

I am so happy to have downloaded Chargeflow. I had a chargeback that I lost last year because I handled it on my own although the customer was in the wrong as they still have my product and the was rewarded their money back. Fast forward to today, I've gotten a second chargeback which I now feel comfortable that Chargeflow has my back.

WOW!! JUST GET THIS!! I was leary ..but it relieved me of fake hustler customers !! Chargeflow.. I was stressed out with the few fraudulent chargebacks customers were doing, since I see my customers face to face and it is a custom measured business, . and my contact guy Boaz is on point !! With Chargeflow, I now can concentrate on other areas of success with my business . Thank you Chargeflow.

I just started using this app. It's too early to evaluate the service. However as of now it is okay. There is a technical issue with this app, I have only one open dispute but it's showing, twice in the dashboard. I have reported it. Hope it will be fixed soon.
The customer service is very responsive. The app developer Boaz is very nice person. He initiated a virtual introductory meeting with me which is really appreciated.

I'm extremely impressed with Chargeflow. User Interface is very simple, and Boaz is always readily available to help when I have questions. Chargeflow has allowed me to focus on scaling my business while taking care of the entire chargeback process on many disputes.
