We had some trouble using this app at first but this was several years ago and the app developers have gone above and beyond to help us since. They respond very quickly and are extremely helpful and knowledgable taking the time to really look through your needs and help apply the necessary fixes where they need to go. We are so impressed and love using this app. Highly recommend if your shop needs a pick up and shipping option!

Thanks so much for your feedback! I'm truly sorry for the poor experience you had back in May.

As i'm sure you can imagine demand for our app skyrocketed exponentially this year. We certainly struggled to keep up both technically and on the support front as we just wasn't prepared.

We have since grown our team and have implemented a huge number of process and technical improvements. As you will see from our recent reviews we have successfully scaled and are back on top form.

This app is great for customers to choose if they want to go to our store and pick up their order or have it shipped. The back office is easy to use and navigate. Customer service has always been quick and helpful, thankfully!

Works great! We have 3 stores and this app solves the issue of customers unwittingly choosing the in-store pickup option by default. Andrew is amazingly responsive. Thank you!!!

Coming to the end of our free trial is was an easy decision to keep this app on permanently. The features handled many of our shipping issues with the added benefit of adding pickup options. The customer support team has been very quick with responses and straightforward about the abilities of the program. They even went so far as to add custom features required for a few of our products. 5 star recomendation all the way.

I used this app to organize my store's checkout process. Since we are a flower shop that delivers locally and also ships nationwide and offers store pickup, the delivery options can get complicated alone, but especially because our products are normally for specific dates. This app works great once you get the hang of it, but the real 5 stars lies in the team that has responded to my (many many) questions and doubts in an extremely kind, efficient and helpful way. Thank you again for your help!

Of course in Covid-19 madness I needed this app to being delivering and offering click & collect. The widget wasn't immediately showing up after installation, and im no coder, so was frustrated trying to fix. One email to support and they had fixed the error had it up-and-running overnight. Communication was quick and friendly. Highly recommend this app for both use and customer service!
