The French Kitchen Castle Hill

Disappointed that I have moved from the original $19us monthly fee with Zapiet, upgraded to your $29us and now I've lost the main feature that I originally needed your app for - the "product preparation time" options and now I need to pay $49us for something I had prior. Not happy at all.
Will I upgrade again and lose more features That I have now?
In Australian dollars it will be close to $90.00 a month, CRAZY.

Support was super slow during this covid-19 period also. Can you not get an "expert" in Australia to be your "go to" here to assist us in a quicker time frame?

We have 1 store only- this is getting too expensive for a small operator with 1 store.
You need to rethink your pricing structure - that's why so many are with Shopify, for it's amazing platform without a overpriced monthly or annual fee. Love Shopify disappointed with Zapiet and look forward to your help here


This is our second site we have installed this app and it's working without any issue. Great app and amazing support. We wanted some customisation and Andy and his team made it work like a charm! Thank you guys! Keep up the good work.

Wowsome Blossome

One of our customers just asked me there is no option for pickup.. and I just checked there is no option for pickup and delivery... I'm very disappointed. I don't know when this issued was started. We didn't get orders from our site(just few a month, and I don't know how they placed order), and It is because it doesn't show option for pickup and deliver. The worst part is that this is not the first time for us.
