Installed this four years ago and at first it worked OK - about a 20 minute delay for a new order in Shopify to become visible in the app, but it has got progressively worse. Now it can take a few hours to days for a new order to come across from Shopify. Utterly useless app - you will find yourself creating manual orders rather than waiting ad infinitum.

Order history over 1 weeks dont sync up, and no button to prompt later history. Try to reach out, but terrible customer service.

Let me respond to your review reply.
You stated:
"As mentioned in our guide, we do not import orders older than 7 days, which generally should not be a problem."
My response:
The emphasis on "generally" is misleading. Many sellers, including those with pre-orders or other specific needs, would benefit from importing orders older than 7 days. To make matters worse, third-party software allows access to order histories beyond 7 days, proving that it’s possible—yet you choose not to offer this feature.
Click and Drop could do much better, as reflected in the numerous 1-star reviews.
And I won’t even begin to address the issue of deleting information after 13 months…
Thank you for your review, and we are sorry to hear that Click & Drop does not support your specific use case.
Information relating to your Shopify Click & Drop integration can be found in our Shopify Help guide at:-
https://help.parcel.royalmail.com/hc/en-gb/articles/115001447813-How-to-integrate-your-Shopify-store
As is stated in this guide we do not import orders older than 7 days old, which should not be a problem generally as your store will be permanently connected to Click & Drop via the integration and will automatically import your new store orders into Click & Drop within 15 - 30 mins of them meeting the order status criteria detailed in the Help guide.

I don't undertstand the negative reviews, when combined with an online business account this app is absolutely awesome! Support from RM to get up and running with mail collections is also first class. Highly recommend!
Thank you for your review, it is really great to hear that you are having such a positive experience with Click & Drop, the Shopify integration and the Royal Mail team!
For such a big company that gets so much funding from UK taxes, it has so many bugs and slow to work and bad UX

I think this worked the very first time I used it but since then it doesn't update Shopify on anything so is completely useless. Back to entering everything manually. I need to look in to other shipping options I guess like DPD or EVRI etc.

Great app with my Shopify store, it's saving loads of time. I do have to keep clearing filters and had to wade through the help to get the tracking numbers put back into Shopify but once you've got the hang of it it's great
This is more complicated than it needs to be for Shopify stores, as other reviewers have said
Works really well for me. All orders are imported and sends the tracking back to shopify. There's a settings to Mark as Dispatched when you create the label and another to export the tracking number at the same time.
Very occasionally you have to re-link the app on the Click & Drop website, maybe when there's been API changes? It's easy to update but also quite easy to end up duplicating the integration - this is how you get duplicate orders. Just delete the second integration to resolve.
Quietly works in the background without any involvement needed 99% of the time. Excellent.
App has been broken by Royal Mail team, it worked well until a few months ago, now there are multiple errors and the support team do not investigate issues.
Waiting for 2 months for issue that Royal Mail cannot process EU orders and now need to find an alternative.
Update: The Royal Mail response to reviews is quicker than support but false. It hasn't been resolved and I can't process or ship those orders. The issue remains and hasn't been investigated.
Thank you for your review. It looks like the small number of errors you refer to that occurred over a 30 min period earlier today stopped around lunchtime at the point you created a new Shopify integration in Click & Drop. If you still have problems automatically importing orders going forward please don't hesitate to contact our support team.
Regarding processing EU orders it seems that you have been shipping EU orders using Click & Drop recently, but if you are referring to a very specific use case please again don't hesitate to contact our support team.
When it used to work it was great, but as of a few months ago it stopped pulling orders through unless you reconnected, then it would create a new connection each time and bring each order through 3 times.
Orders set to make as dispatched on Shopify aren't.
It's frustrating as it used to work great, why change it? I see other people saying the same and still no fix!
