Click & Drop

Works really well for me. All orders are imported and sends the tracking back to shopify. There's a settings to Mark as Dispatched when you create the label and another to export the tracking number at the same time.

Very occasionally you have to re-link the app on the Click & Drop website, maybe when there's been API changes? It's easy to update but also quite easy to end up duplicating the ...

It's good enough, however would be much better if:
- you could load a credit to avoid going through gpay/worldpay/paypal everytime you paid
- you could copy the order details, so if doing a resend, you could copy the original order details and make a new order out of it.

This well working app has been rendered completely obsolete without any warning, forcing users (including myself) to manually input orders from a spreadsheet or use a different shipping service, at least until they decide to update the app so it is shopify compatible.

Ridiculous. it's as if Royal Mail don't want to make any money and want to lose all their customers.

Doesn't add orders to click-and-drop account, all the things show that it is integrated with royal mail but it doesn't add any orders.

App brings in my orders quickly and accurately and dispatches them with all the tracking information etc so can't say I have any complaints!

As others have said, this app is completely dysfunctional. Wasted time applying for a RM account to be confronted with this once I tried to use them. I'll stick with the integrated evri and DPD

It seems this app has been abandoned. At least it states it's not updated and is now unsupported. It's great when it actually works although it doesn't pull through any orders coming through using our upsell app(which is most of our orders). I don't know of an alternative so we stick with it but not sure if there's much of a point.

Basic app with limited options and configurations. Very slow to pull in orders, no way to manually force order import in high priority scenarios.
Suitable for the small business but not for medium or high volume shipping

Used to work really well, but now it's uploading each order 4 times, so I'm having to go in to click n drop and delete 3 of each order, and it's not fulfilling the orders. Have contacted support for help, got the usual email 'we will get back to you within 2 days' four days later and I'm still waiting. I think this worked the very first time I used it but since then it doesn't update Shopify on anything so is completely useless. Back to entering everything manually. I need to look in to other shipping options I guess like DPD or EVRI etc.
