I'm actually going to disagree with the majority of reviews, this app is a real life saver! We've been using this app since the launch of our site and have had no problems at all.

Great App, pulls through orders from Amazon fine and updates the tracking.

However it does not update the tracking information for orders coming through from our Shopify store

This needs to be fixed asap as manually tracking needs to be updated in order to trigger email marketing emails and updating tracking for hundreds of orders defeats the purpose of an otherwise great app.

Perfect for small businesses in the UK - with a few caveats. I've been using this app since my store launched and it's made the process of handling shipping hassle free.

With that being said, there are a few pain points:
- DO NOT visit the app in Shopify after installation. It just takes you to create a new "integration" in RM. Do it once and then train your muscle memory to never click the app ...

Even though Click and Drop integrations lets you choose the location of your store, it pulls orders from all locations in Shopify so all our warehouses are getting the same order pulled through.

Really disappointed with this app.
Switched our shipping to Royal Mail but the app is rubbish, it does not send tracking info back to shopify so we are having to do this manually to 100+ orders per day.

Completely unusable. Says it works and it really just doesn't. Royal Mail is killing itself with the inability to see that it is unable to provide a service to humans without other humans to provide this service. Just Ruining my life one step at a time. Thanks, Royal Mail, Im just glad the queen isn't alive to see what you have done.

PLEASE can RM fix this app - when it works it's great, but several of my orders fail to pull through, and there's seemingly no reason for it. This didn't happen with Squarespace, so I have no idea what's going on. Right now, when I click on the app within Shopify I get 'business.parcel.royalmail.com refused to connect.'

Doesn't add orders to click and drop account, so you still need to manually type out order details which seems to to be more work than just copy/paste and posting at a post office.

Update, while yes there has now been an update, it only displays about 7 days worth of orders, we're mostly a MTO bespoke shop with lead times of upto 7 weeks, so this still renders the app useless for us. the click ...

Rubbish app but there arent any alternatives by the look of it. I've got this connected to 2 shopify sites. One of them pulls all orders through including orders not linked to the location chosen and the other site pulls through 3 duplicate orders every time. Very very frustrating. As others have said, I would rather pay for this app and it worked than it be for free.

Well I installed this app and after a couple of issues I was able to resolve them myself. Other than that it’s cut my shipping processing down to an effective minimum.

For those who have the postage being imported 3 times I resolved this by logging into to my Royal Mail click and drop account > settings > integrations and deleted 2 of the 3 Shopify connections. No idea why I had 3 when I only ...
