It really improved my site search. Easy to set up and the developers worked on my unique requests very quickly. Response was very fast too. Great to find an app with great support! Highly recommend for any shop that wants a better search and filter on their site, that customers will actually use!
I've only used the basic features of the app but needed some help in fixing the app code and was really impressed with the customer service. Kudos for that. Keep it up!
Not only is the app very easy to set up, it has helped us increase sales as it helps the customer find what they want. If that isn't enough for you, their support team is super helpful and can even help with optimizations. For us, we wanted the search bar removed and moved instead to an icon this way it would work great on mobile. Support tech fixed it so quickly and it looks great.
This app is a must have for any store. Surfaces similar words and you can even promote a product based on keywords. What's better, you can always monitor customer searches with no results and add new synonyms for them! Great app overall.

This is a great app that shows relevant results AND it looks great! We were using another app with a complicated interface that kept changing their plans and stripping back features. CloudSearch is nice and simple, looks great and it works!
