This app has partially solved a huge gap of COD return orders across India. I think feature like cart recovery via whatsapp worked best for us. We are still in the process of using this app on quantum of orders but overall the app is worth the cost. Justifies every bit of it.

Usually I wouldn't take the effort to leave a review but this one needs to be shown to the world. COD and RTO is a massive massive problems, completely eroding the margins but Hriday (founder CODFIRM) exactly understands the problem and is resourceful enough to solve them for the entire industry. This app currently streamlines the customer communication using whatsapp business api which is a massive massive win for small and medium stores. Levels the field when competing against the big shots. COD to Prepaid conversion is such a boon. Only marketplaces with total control over their websites could do it until now. This allows us to convert the COD orders just like Amazon and greatly reduces the risk of RTOs, inherent with COD orders.
The abandon cart feature is a cherry on top because it would have looked bad if stores had to use multiple whatsapp business numbers for different tasks such as OTP, Orders Tracking, Abandon cart etc. Everything in one sleek package massively improves the customer satisfaction and trust. Hriday has exciting ideas going forward which when implemented will change the landscape of COD orders, shifting the power dynamics in hands of merchants and keeping in check the notorious customers placing fraudulent orders across the internet. For stores in India this should be THE app for COD order confirmation - leaves all other COD confirmation apps far behind. The OTP functionality through Text & Whatsapp message for order confirmation is way better than whatever solutions I have seen previously. Apart from the excellent features very happy with the fantastic support provided during setup - can't really ask for more!

Perfect app to verify cod orders. I used it from past three months and my delivery rate increase. Because of the app i only have to call unconfirmed customers for verification that saves lot of time. Really appreciate cod order verification team for their great work.

I had high hopes for Codfirm based on my initial experience, but unfortunately, my recent interactions have been disappointing. The app, while initially promising, has not kept pace with the evolving challenges faced by Indian Shopify sellers, particularly concerning RTO and COD issues. Despite reaching out with specific requests, the response has been slow and unhelpful. It feels like there’s a lack of commitment to customer needs, and I’m left questioning the value of our partnership moving forward.
