The Service is great and their team is very helpful with the onboarding process. We were facing a lot of RTO issues in manually confirming the call, and the IVR + WhatsApp feature has been really effective in solving that for our business.
best support team...Good to start with. It helped cancel COD orders that might be RTO.
The best part was that there is no fixed monthly cost.
A great platform for order confirmation calls. The customized voice feature works seamlessly and has significantly helped in reducing RTO. The system is reliable, user-friendly, and the absence of a mandatory monthly fee makes it even better.

Hillteck has been a breeze to operate and help us with verifying the orders. I was able to avoid a manpoer cost due to the verification option and now will be trying the wahtsapp recovery features. Hope it performs the same way.

Being following up with the team since ages just for data on the cost incurred on each message for the mistakes your team has made.
Multiple times the app have crashed along with blasting Mutiple messages to the same customer not only I am bearing these unnecessary cost because of your inefficiency in managing the tech product but also this has affected my overall customer experience.

We are using Hilteck since so long for COD verification and Abandoned Cart Recovery. and it helped us a lot in both of the things. Additionally COD to Prepaid feature is also good. I recommend this.
