We updated our theme and by standard practice, the configuration from this app did not carry over and we have now reached out to them multiple times without a response. For a minute, I
totally forgot how unresponsive and terrible their support it. One would think they'd be happy to help a paying customer but that is not the case.

We have been using this app for over 3 years now. It’s a must have tool if you have multiple item variants, especially for shoe and clothing websites where you can filter by sizes in stock. Their support has also been top notch when you need help installing the filter in themes that might not match up with guides.

I updated to a 2.0 theme and my filters stopped working. I reached out to support and they took care of it asap. Thank you!

was technical to configure,but very helpful now . Keep it up team. Just going to uninstall than realized that i missed a step, than after following it , I was happy to see this app working properly. Highly Appreciate there styling

We use this app to simply filter our assortment based upon sizing - it works perfectly! It's easy to integrate into our Shopify platform and works with inventory seamlessly. To achieve our desired look/style, we had to do a little bit of custom code, but Supple developers were kind enough to help us achieve our goals.

Absolutely brilliant! I would most definitely recommend this app for anyone who is considering setting up an e-commerce website on the Shopify CMS; the options are effective and very helpful. Simply a logical and must have app from the wonderful team at Supple Apps!

Filter didn't work on our site. Had error message: 'Liquid error: Could not find asset snippets/collection-filter-v2.liquid'. Tried to get in touch with the developer. Never heard back from them. Trial has expired, no reason to continue if the app doesn't work.

Fantastic Application. I added it and paid for their developer to make the changes for me and it was done the next day. I am happy and the application is doing just what I downloaded it for.

Easy to set up and customise the looks using CSS. Adding custom filters is easy and can be done in a little amount of time by bulk editing product tags. Well worth it to give your store custom filters which is becoming the norm in the Ecommerce world.
