Filterific: Collection Filter

We've been using this app for a few years and it's great! Simple to use and the support team is responsive and helpful.

Great app. Helps me filter and sort my products by size which is much needed. The support from the team was excellent in helping me install it too.

The app has stopped working on our store although we still paying for it. We have now reached out to them multiple times without a response. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

This app is really useful for letting our customers filter what is available by size! Also, the customer support is excellent - very quick and helpful!

Their customer support was great! I have been using the filter app for awhile, but after a UX audit they recommended a couple of improvements to the way the filter appears on our website. The app developer was able to quickly and easily help me out!

This app is easy to set up and use. If that wasn't enough, their development team was incredibly responsive and helpful. Our store recently had a glitch that affected the app's functionality, and the Supple team dedicated more than a week's time helping get to the bottom of it. Our store has used this app for years now, and I can't recommend it enough!

Great app. But not enough of the money being paid by customers is being spent on back end infrastructure. App slows each page by 2 seconds - mostly due to an 800ms TCP connect wait. Classic latency caused by under powered servers for a given load.

The more people use this awesome app - the slower it is going to get and slow speed kills conversions. The opposite of what these apps are here to do!

UPDATE: Contacted them. They have no plans to fix this speed issue. Even though adding a CDN layer to their AWS setup would take all of 30 mins to complete end to end. Very disappointing. In an era where google has publicly stated the importance of core metrics and FCP moving forward this is quite mind boggling.

Shopify need to start mandating proper architecture standards for their App Store. Developers in the IT world are not known for their experience in operations or architecture. And this is becoming more of an issue as more and more apps, function well, function wise. But are implemented poorly on the backend.

Excellent and user-friendly app that allows us to offer "sort by size" in a super easy to setup way. The developer has been very responsive when I've had questions. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service...I have had this app on my site for awhile it works great and I have never encountered any issues with it until recently. I reached out to the team at collection filter for support and Declan worked with me over several days to resolve it. Everything is back to normal!

Great customer service! Responded right away and fixed the issue we were having no problem (it was coding on our side that was the issued). Definitely recommend!
