The app is a great tool to handle translations. It just needs some time to find the right default sentences if your store gets more complex. Support i would give 11 out of 10
I started to use Translation Lab few days ago, and the result is very good. The App is easy to install, and after few minutes, you are able to manage it. I had some troubles to find the good place to implement some translations and the platform helped me very quickly. They answers are clear.
Fast and really working well with my Shopify shop. I wrote a chat and I got help within few hours. I like the design and its easy to find my way around.
Used 2 times already, great app and experience. Free and premium versions are both awesome, that's also true for the support.

Really helpful app for translating, I tried many different apps but this is definitely the best one (and relatively low priced!). Also, the support is very good and fast.
I used this to translate my website from Eng - Swedish. Worked really well. Whenever I had a problem or didn't understand something I emailed the creator who gave me super quick and good help! five stars
