The first product I decided to dropship is being delayed by cj dropshipping by over a MONTH. All they can do is say sorry but not do anything to solve the issue. Truly a broken system. Would not recommend.

Do NOT waste your time and money with these guys! Worst customer support experience ever! They lie, the make empty promises, they blame each other, and never deliver. Their user interface is so ridiculously complex and ugly and useless! I wish I could give them -5 stars!! This dropshipping site turned out to be a complete disappointment. Let's start with the quality of the products - it was subpar, not matching the descriptions. I recently began using CJdropshipping, and my experience with the service has left me feeling rather unsatisfied. The "account manager" assigned to me has not been very helpful, providing brief, uninformative responses to my inquiries. It's akin to conversing with an inexperienced individual who offers one-word answers and fails to guide me towards effective solutions.

They lie about the stock of a lot of items. I've had multiple situations when I've asked about, for example, the dimensions of certain items - which had 20.000 units in stock - and when I've asked about it - they've said it's out of stock and deleted it from the website.
