So far my experience on CJdropshipping is great I'm setting up my shopify store with CJ and their support is amazing recently I got an issue in searching a product their agent named "Karen Jiang" help me out in best appropriate way.
J'aime la plateforme, car il est tout-en-un et il y a une équipe active pour répondre aux questions. Mais je trouve un peu complexe l'ajout de produit dans la boutique et aussi la suppression de certains produits, notamment POD enregistré dans mon espace personnel.
Great customer service, Harvey is always quick and clear with responses!!
CJ provides as good of customer service as it can get. My agent July Chan has been super reliable and is great with communication. She's an absolute gem. Their support is the best I've seen from the manufacturing game.
