I wouldn't suggest using this platform. The prices are much higher compared to AliExpress or Xendrop. Shipments are consistently delayed, and about 70% of the time, they request additional money for shipping after you've already paid the initial shipping cost. It has been a nightmare trying to work with CJ. They take so long to dispatch the products and when I ask why is taking time, they always say there was an issue with the supplier. Customer service always tries to avoid the issue and wants to give you coupons, but they never try to solve the problems. the worst website i ever used in my business system is not done well as well you always will pay more for your order even for small product they will tell you its over weight and let you pay 100s of dollers extra for shipping so its a ripping off system that will show you cheep shipping then you will be ending up paying 100s extra for shipping and you will start losing customers and your business ...

I am very disappointed with the service of this app in 2022, none of the orders I have placed have been sent. I contacted customer service and they only give you excuses that they are going to send the order, but nothing ever happens and I have upset customers who I have to refund them because this app does not do its job.

We used to use CJ for a good while. Was counting on them being responsible and reliable. but ended up very disappointed. When they had quite a few mess-up in our order delivery, which caused us quite a grief and loss with customers, they often try to excuse themselves from taking responsilities or it would take long time to process a dispute/refund.

On 9/12/2021, I reached out to them because my Google Merchant account was suspended because of their API. I sent them the files through the in app messages. I was told by Box Chen within 2 days they should have an answer as to what happened. Initially, I was extremely satisfied with their service. Items were shipped within 3 business days and tracking information reflected products that were on their way to the customer. In just this week alone, CJ has shipped products to the wrong customers (twice). An order has been processing since Jan. 22, and they are unsure if it has processed, or will process. The CJ drop ship service itself is maybe very good. But I don't think I'll ever know. The complexity of using the app to simply add products to your store is terrible. It is not easy as with Eprolo or Oberlo. There are no clear explanations of what needs to be done & there are various, seemingly unnecessary options as well, which makes it even more confusing. The only reason I HAVE to use cjdropshipping is because AliExpress in banned in India. If you can use the latter however, don't mind switching, ever. You cannot talk to the manufacturers directly, and not all the agents available know what they're talking about. In fact, if you don't reply for 10 mins in chatbox because they told you to wait, conversation is closed automatically. It's pathetic ...
