I am new to CJ Dropshipping. I was looking for a product that I already found/sourced on their website. They just did not have the exact variant I was looking for. So I decided to live chat with them. Owen Wen was the one that helped me. (Thank you, Owen.) He said the sourcing team will add it.

CJ is definitely one of the best options for dropshipping from China. Their website UI is pretty ugly but don't let it put you off. The system just works and is way more efficient than working with a private supplier via spreadsheets etc. To get the processing time down you really need to order inventory but the process to do so looks very easy (haven't tried it yet). I have been working with Saturn who has been very helpful in answering questions and getting variants connected between Shopify and CJ. Recommend!

I absolutely love CJdropshopping. Can't believe I didn't take a look at it before only because I read some negative comments on Facebook last year. I can source my products in US now without worrying about any hidden fees. The customer support is really good. CjD is really useful during the times like Q4 and CNY. I would absolutely recommend it!
