My question was how to proceed with my first order on CJ from Shopify. The support representative responded in a professional and helpful way. Got done in minutes. Thanks to the CJ support team.

Always fast in connecting with the clients, and always gives good clarification in all of my enquiry. Kris Zheng is my agent and she is really excellent in doing her job! I am new CJ user so everything is a learning process for me. she gives me easy directions and easy to understand. even when she is not present sometimes other substitute agents solved my enquiry asap.

Fionnula Wong help me, I need my shipping discount agreed with my agent to be realized, so Fionnula was online and supported me in the meantime. At the moment, I am waiting for my agreed shipping discount, and I know the commitment of support for each user. It's hard work, and if everything comes to fruition with my shipping agreement and product discount, I will recommend CJ even more.
