I have been using CJ for 6 months. It's a great app because:
- A professional agent is dedicated to you. You can ask them to source special products for you, negotiate prices with factories, give you information about trending products, etc... Agents are very available, that's great!
- Products are generally cheaper than on other platforms such as AliExpress. - When you find a winning product, CJ is perfect to build a brand (e.g. personalized packaging, stocks in CJ warehouses for a very fast shipping, etc.) The only con I can notice: even if shipping delays and lead time are better than other platforms, it can be expensive to get a 7-10 days delivery....

Amazing costumer service and fast fullfillment
It was the first time I used CJ as a supplier and at the beginning I had some difficulty understanding how to manage the various operations. fortunately I met the customer assistant Jolie who guided me step by step. She was incredibly helpful and patient and above all quick in responding to all my requests. without her I would still be lost trying to figure out how to fulfill my first order hahah. special thanks to Jolie.
