Nigel Li, was a great helper he gave me more information to look into to connect with more suppliers. AS well as telling me on how the shipping process works, while just being very polite.

I would like to say my experience with Donna has been great, she was polite and patient with me, and actually dealt with my constant bombardment of questions. I’m still yet to receive more help and service, but I recommend this app to keep it simple and if you want to manage shipping times and costs like I did, because last app had such a excruciating price to just ship for 15 days at most to me finding warehouses in u.s, and find a affordable and actually really good shipping times.

Zoey Zheng was nice with customer service and she helped me figure out how I can customize my product easily and answered all of my quesitons I had fast about how I could get help buying an item in bulk and go about branding it. And the stuff she could not answer right away she told me that she will figure it out and get back to me on whatsapp
