I’ve found that their support is top shelf. An agent named Miya Huang helped me with some technical setup connecting my Shopify store products to the proper sku numbers within the CJ Droshipping ap. She went out of her way to walk me through everything step by step and made it easy for someone like myself that’s not the most tech savvy. The support she provided made this ap stand out. I have just started working with them. They have wide range of products and some cool features you can make use of. My Agent Blandine is very responsive and helpful. She gets you the answer almost right away and advise as well. This is the best feature right there. I have yet to see with the shipping delays as it is the most important thing for me.
