Based on my experiences, I do NOT recommend this app.
I installed this app four months ago. Technically, the app was easy to integrate into my Shopify account and worked almost immediately.

Problems immediately arose in the processing of my orders. The delivery of the first order turned out to be incomplete and took several weeks.

When a large shipment was not delivered at all, customer service appeared to offer no help. I was advised to contact DHL, after which DHL referred me back to JCdropshipping.

Requests to JCdropshipping for refund or resend were never answered. I lost my trust in this "supplier" and lost my payments. Think carefully before installing this app.

Great app, I am appointed an account manager, Dolly who is really helpful. With a lot of other apps you are sort of abandoned and left do it on your own, but whenever I have any issues, concerns or queries, I can ask Dolly and she always provides great support. It really helps streamline things
