CJDropshipping is a great platform with a very good user interface and easy to work with. Customer support is always ready to chat, very friendly and helpful. My agent Bin Han always helps me when she can, she communicates very friendly and resolves any problems I have.

Excellent platform for dropshipping! I was impressed by the vast selection of trendy products at competitive prices. The user interface is intuitive, making it easy to navigate through categories. A special shout-out to the customer support team, especially Yori Lin, who provided exceptional service—she was professional, patient, and guided me through the entire process smoothly.

One minor downside is that some products have limited photos, and the search function could be more refined to make finding niche items quicker. However, overall, I’m very happy with the experience and highly recommend this site to other dropshippers!

Lots of Products with good selling potenzial. Support is also very friendly especially Arina Dong, helped me very effizient.

CJ has lots of varieties of product that you can source in your website. I think the price is a bit expensive for other dropshipper who want to sell in the retail price. Also, the customer service is good but its very time consuming. Because the respond is very slow for the customer support. Joean Gu and Arina Dong recently helped me with my query. However, I find sometimes, they don't understand me well. I would like the agents to improve their english more so we can have a better business. Otherwise, overall its not bad.
