I had a problem with my products on my website. Which I have imported through CJ dropshipping. Unfortunately, the products were somehow not findable.
I have written with Sveta in chat (CJ Support). And must say the support was very fast and I was helped within seconds. I havent lost any time and casn continue my work. This is a support that i would like to have everywhere.
I think CJ is the best dropshipping app on Shopify. Their customer service is top-notch. Miss. Sena Yang has provided me with solutions to any problem I faced on CJ. She helped me quickly resolve the order-related issue. I'll continue using CJ, even if I scale my store to 6 or 7 figures. Amazing!
