even though everything sound good and perfect but i will share my finding 1-order preparation and dispatch promised to be 2-3 days, am getting 10-15 days for dispatch ?? shipping is another thing 15-20 days .. we are talking about 30+ days from day of purchase ... 2- 50% of the order my client are doing .. i receive a msg after 2-3 days sorry item not available .. please accept a similar item .. -.- !! then they ask you if you want a refund .. ? but no one will refund your reliability and website trustworthy not sure how this is good for anyone ..

I worked with CJ drophipping for a few months. They ship faulty products, they lie about shipping times and most of the time they misguide you so their agents make a sell. At least there are other companies with better pricing and definitely better resolution centre

Premièrement : la qualité des produits. J'ai passé une première commande pour tester les produits (lingerie / bijoux de corps). Plus de la moitié était cassée, rouillée ou non similaire aux photos. Ça me fait donc rire (ou pleurer) quand ils disent qu'ils vérifient la qualité avant d'expédier les articles. Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas joindre de photos aux commentaires. UPDATE du 20/05 Deuxièmement : Le manque CRUEL de professionnalisme !!! Toujours après cette première commande, l’un des articles était différent de la photo sur leur plateforme. Je demande donc à mon agent s’ils se sont trompés dans la commande ou si c’est la photo qui est fausse. Après avoir posé la question plus de 5 fois (parce que personne ne répond) il finit par me dire que c’est sûrement la photo qui est fausse et que l’article que j’ai reçu est bien le bon. Je fais donc mes photos avec modèle et photographe, mets tout en ligne sur ma boutique. Une cliente passe commande et l’article qu’elle reçoit n’est pas celui que j’ai reçu et qui est affiché sur ma boutique mais est celui sur la photo! Maintenant ils refusent de prendre leur responsabilités et m’informent que je dois dire à ma cliente d'accepter l’article (qui n’a rien à voir avec celui qu’elle voulait) car il est de bonne qualité (????) et qu’en plus je dois payer pour recevoir le bon produit (oui car je dois mettre à jour les photos de l’article sur ma boutique). Je n’ai jamais vu un service client aussi mauvais. Jamais. Sans parler du manque de professionnalisme, on dirait que c’est une start up dirigée par des gamins de 10 ans qui ne comprennent rien, s’en foutent des problèmes de leurs clients et ne font rien pour arranger les choses quand ils ne font pas leur travail. Si vous n’avez pas encore commencé à travailler avec CJ, FUYEZ !! Sinon vous allez faire couler votre entreprise ! C’est la pire arnaque du siècle ! ------------
(I posted this review 1 month ago and deleted it after they begged me but decided to repost it with an update) I don't even know where to start... First: the quality of the products. I placed an initial order to test the products (lingerie/body jewelry). More than half of them were broken, rusty or not similar to the pictures. So it makes me laugh (or cry) when they say they check the quality before shipping the items. Too bad you can't attach pictures to the comments. UPDATE of may 5th Second: The CRUEL lack of professionalism!!! Also after this first order, one of the items was different from the picture on their platform. Then I asked my agent if they got the order wrong or if it was the photo that was wrong. After asking the question more than 5 times (because no one answered) he finally tells me that it's probably the photo that is wrong and the item I received is the right one. So I took the pictures with the model and the photographer, put everything online on my store. One week ago, a client ordered this article and they shipped the wrong one ! Now they refuse to take their responsibility and they inform me that I have to tell my client to accept the item (which is TOTALLY different with the one they sent it to me) because it is good quality (????) AND I have to pay to receive the right product (yes because I have to update the pictures of the item in my store). I have never seen such bad customer service. Ever. Not to mention the lack of professionalism, it looks like it’s directed by 9 years old kids who don't understand anything, don't care about their customers' problems and don't do anything to fix things when they don't do their job. “If you think of doing business or dropshipping, you will never wanna go with CJ Dropshipping. Don't get fooled by the reviews, they are all fake or made for discounts and coupons. CJ ruined my business it will ruin yours too.” 100% True

DONT USE!!! you cannot copy tracking numbers off the mobile app on iphone. secondly the user interface is very poor, confusing and hard to use. Additionally shipping is incredible expensive and almost never as fast as advertised. it is very hard to link it to your store and theres often fulfilment issues. the tracking information is very basic and never registers properly on shopify for whatever reason. And if you make a mistake in the shipping information it can take up to 2 weeks to change regardless of if your "agent" knows about it. And if you miss the expiry date your money will vanish into thin air with no refund available. I even had one order fail border security and sent back to the manufacturer without any notification. The amount of customers that won't do business with me again becuase of cj shipping issues would be massive i regret ever signing up.

just pay the extra to get a professional dropshipping service, don't bother with this.
I lost $80 because i made a mistake with an orders address however i was unable to fix my mistake for 2 weeks and it slipped my mind, it then expired without any notification or warning my $80 vanished with no refund available. they then offered a $2 coupon on my next purchase after i called them out in their shortcomings... it's clear money comes before customer service and customer relations with this lot. try to find someone who actual cares and values relationships over $80... i will never purchase with them again.

I wish I could start this off with the screenshot I took. I had a rep tell me there was no site to leave a review on. Lucky me I found one. Although I appreciate the cheap products for my customers you get what you pay for. Or I don't get it, I should say. I was given a refund (only through there wallet) not a refund to my actual account, for a product that I was told was in stock for a customer, just to be told 3 weeks later it is gone and my customer's second product, that I paid extra on to get it rushed, still after three weeks was never shipped. Getting the refund back is fine, but they put it in Their wallet not back in my account, and then made me pay extra to get my own money back!!! Trash I'm sorry. I know it's not the reps, it's the company. Just be cautious. This is another way for them to pay there people, skimming off the top of everyone's orders. Making you pay extra by saying they had to source the product somewhere else, just to later say the product is gone, and still keep your money. And keep your priority shipment money just to still send ONE product LATE TO THE PAYING CUSTOMERS. My customer still HAS NOT received her product. It is now Dec 2 and she ordered them Nov 13 2022. SMH

I had a bad experience from the beginning. Missing or inaccurate communication. I have received several requests for refunds from customers who have also spent 3-400 €, for faulty products. High shipping costs, really bad quality of the products I sold and really cheap packaging. I had requested the box and instructions in English, but they shipped products with all Chinese writing, so customers could not see the instructions. I was very patient with them, but I realized that in dropshipping you can't work with them, it is totally out of control and not customer satisfaction oriented. I will consider whether to use it just to make a private label after testing the products or abandon it.

I initially left a five-star review in May 2023, but I am now modifying it due to recent events and the services provided by CJ Dropshipping.
Initially, everything was going smoothly, and I sold a few products on the platform without any issues. However, I started experiencing delays in deliveries, but that was nothing compared to the recent problems I encountered. I began selling a POD (customized) product, so I entrusted CJ Dropshipping with the customization process. It turns out that after a week, the products had not even been processed or sent to CJ Dropshipping's facilities. After 10 days and numerous false promises from my agent Wendy (assigned by CJ Dropshipping), the products I received were of horrible quality (and quite expensive). As a result, after 10 days of waiting, customers started requesting refunds, and the reputation of my online store was severely tarnished. Fortunately, I found an agent in China who could take over the orders mishandled by CJ Dropshipping at a lower cost.
Please be extremely cautious when considering this platform if you want a reliable service, especially when dealing with specific requests and potential issues.
I have used their service for months. Their service is getting worse and ultimately unsatisfying lately. Their inventory update is chaotic and consistently reported out of stock against the web page's info. I have complained several times through the personal consultants, but no action taken. Unfortunately, I have imported a wide range of products from them, and I plan to quit it gradually, which takes time. For the new users, I suggest considering thoroughly before using CJ.

I want to give this platform 0 stars. This was my first time using the platform, and I thought their shipping would be faster than Aliexpress. However, I was mistaken. Let me explain the situation:
One of my customers placed an order for an item from the Cj Dropshipping manufacturer. At the time of the order, the inventory status wasn't updated, and it didn't indicate that the item was 'out of stock.'
A few days later, I believed I had successfully fulfilled the order, but I received a ticket informing me that the item was out of stock – and this was 10 days after the order was placed.
I started to inquire and tried to source the item using Cj Dropshipping. During the waiting process, some customer service representatives were genuinely helpful, but despite their assistance, nothing came of it, and 15 days had passed. At this point, I considered offering my customer a refund.
One customer service representative told me they had found an alternative and would ask the supplier to deliver it. However, they informed me that the supplier couldn't deliver just one piece of the item. By then, 20 days had gone by.
Throughout this process, I asked them to find the item on Aliexpress or even Taobao, and they promised they would. However, nothing happened. Now, I am searching for the same product on Taobao myself. I had to offer my customer a 50% discount on the product and cover the international shipping fee. It seems that Cj Dropshipping views itself as a "platform that combines many brands" and therefore doesn't take responsibility for out-of-stock products and their subsequent actions.
They didn't really care about if their actions will hurt your brand and the trust between you and your customers.

Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT use this app if you want your store to stay afloat. I've had 3 refunds dealing with this supplier. Also, I had a customer purchase an item. I bought the item and it took over 3 weeks to get a legitimate answer about where the package was. They ended up telling me that the shipping price had risen, after I purchased and waited for 3 weeks, and that I needed to pay the extra to receive it. How am I going to tell my customer that she needed to pay more after the fact. It's stupid, inconvenient and will have you looking like a scam. Don't do it. Communication is delayed because customer service doesn't have answers. I'm so disappointed. I'm removing all the products I have connected as we speak. Such a terrible experience after I repeatedly gave it a chance.
