The Customer service is great. Michell luo helped me a lot. He answered extremely fast and solved all of my problems in a matter of minutes. The Dropshipping part is also very easy, and there is plenty of help.
I’ve been very pleased with my experience with CJ Dropshipping. I have to especially mention Lavinia Liang, who has been nothing short of exceptional. She kept me informed every step of the way with my order, and even went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied.
Despite a minor pricing hiccup, Lavinia communicated the changes promptly and professionally, and handled it in a way that maintained my trust in the process.
She made me feel valued as a customer, and her service made all the difference. I feel like I’m more than just a transaction, and it is this level of service that ensures that I will continue doing business with CJ Dropshipping.

Amazing service, I had a question about placing an order, and within literally seconds, Box Chen was in the chat and explained the issue to me, screenshots included. Problem solved immediately, very impressed.
I recommend Ian Xue, very friendly and helpful. he does an excellent job and always finds solutions to our problems

AWFULL AND USELESS SUPPORT!
Had an order fullfilled via CJ, oder was refused by carrier and sent back to CJ. Asked CJ about the reason for that -> Ticked opened on Feb 08. 2024. Had several chats with the support then, everytime a different person, every time I was tould to wait. Today is Feb. 17. 2024. CJ still have no idea what went wrong with the shipment. I have more orders for the same items in the mean time. Asked CJ what to do to avoid the same issue occuring again. Support says to wait, my agent "normally" will be back to work tomorrow...
I am speechless about ths one. I understand they have CNY and are low staffed, but having no advice after 9 DAYS !!! is absolutelyy NOT ACCEPTABLE

CJDrop offers fast service, plenty of products and variants to choose from, and a large library of resources for new business owners to get started. Zoey Zheng helped me figure out how to manage my Queue and Listed products. She provided screenshots and pointers to help me navigate through CJDrop quickly and gets straight to the point.
