CJDrop offers fast service, plenty of products and variants to choose from, and a large library of resources for new business owners to get started. Zoey Zheng helped me figure out how to manage my Queue and Listed products. She provided screenshots and pointers to help me navigate through CJDrop quickly and gets straight to the point.
I did not get any help from CJ. When I create my store at Shopify ( shop416.com) I have to move my domain to Shopify and i lost my email access as provider change. and Shopify does not have emaill service system. CJ automation block me constantly to ask to verify email. They should have system using AI to understand the issue. Now i can not access even having shopify store.

A convenient platform for dropshipping beginners, procurement process is slow. Had an experience before X'mas that the order status was stuck at 'processing' for many days, eventually it couldn't be fulfilled due to out of stock. Hence I'd suggest users to check stock availability with CJ prior to placing the order because the system is not sychronized with suppliers.
I'm revising this review rating from one star to three stars (6/10) because the agent was sincere and keen to help.
PS: Avoid using Paypal as payment method if your store is selling generic products. PayPal has been restricting accounts, holding users' funds for 180 days without warnings nor specific reasons, can't refund to a customer who paid via PayPal.

My experience with CJ dropshipping is wonderful they have an abundance of products to choose from plus many different warehouses outside of China, the agent Sita Cui has been very helpful with any questions and issues I had, I’m so glad I had a wonderful person helping me, I highly recommend this to anyone starting or wanting to grow their online e-commerce business!
