CJdropshipping: Much Faster

I must revise my previous review as it heavily relies on the agent assigned to me. I have conducted numerous transactions through CJ, involving substantial amounts of money, but the treatment I received afterwards was abysmal. After being assigned a new agent, my experience has been nothing short of a headache. Dispute replies take an excruciatingly long time, sometimes weeks, to receive any response. Even for resending an item worth just a few cents, they initiate a lengthy discussion that seems excessive. In cases where it's evident that the parcel is lost, I am asked to wait 15 days for an "investigation" before a resend is even considered. There is a complete lack of accountability for poorly packaged parcels that arrive with missing pieces, incorrect sizes, or lacking proper instructions. Every inquiry I make takes a minimum of three days to receive a response, rendering it impossible for any ecom business to efficiently operate under such circumstances. I have suffered significant financial losses due to their inactivity and unwillingness to assist me.

CJ Dropshipping has been a great experience. I am new to dropshipping and was looking for a reliable dropshipper. Connie from CJDropshipping was really helpful in helping me understand the process and in helping me successfully fulfil orders.
Connie is knowledgeable on the process and was patient in answering all my questions.

I find some of the other folks comments offensive. CJdropshipping has been the greatest company to work with. Always there and always so helpful. I am sorry but I have nothing ill to say about this company at all. I hope all the positive reviews for this place over take the bad ones. It takes effort folks to succeed.
