They source very fast the products from 1688 or other Chinese apps like T-mall, shipping in high season is very slow, but in general, the process is good, what they need to improve is their User Interface as is very hard to find the orders with the Shopify order number or even with the buyer name, skype customer service is good and latly when a product arrive wrong from supplier they send pictures and give options to cancel or exchange the order, they are getting better, sync conection with the store is fast as well even many times the images need to be downloaded by had as their app just takes a few of them, prices are fare.

A long time ago I think they were good. Now as my new business is taking off. They magically remove variations with no notice, then do not update the inventory, or customer service you get passed around. Nobody reads anything just have you repeat everything. If they don't send an item they ultimately send an item that they deemed close but not exactly. How am I to replicate that sale assuming the client is even ok with not getting what they specifically wanted? It takes days to ship out even as you pay extra for shipping. I mean they lose nothing really. Our brands are on the line and people are expecting a certain level of service which they do not even provide. Complete unreliability and I can not work like this. I just can't describe it in a way that follows the terms and conditions of how I feel about my interactions with this company. I lost sleep, and couldn't go to bed so I can stay up and deal with this, my anxiety was through the roof, and my frustration level was 1000 percent. How can you literally remove a variation from stock and then not tell me? That happened when a customer purchased it, I got them to agree to a different variant, and guess what it was out of stock too. Then they showed me pictures of acceptable substitutes then sent something different.

Evitate CJDropshipping, un disastro!
Un cliente ha effettuato l'acquisto di un prodotto tramite il mio shopify.
Il prodotto risultava in Stock per 40.000 items disponibili.
Bene, dopo aver pagato e 5 giorni di attesa mi arriva una mail dove vengo informato che il prodotto non è disponibile. Ho quindi dovuto parlare con l'assistenza di CJ (ci sono voluti altri 4 giorni) per arrivare a capire che sono disponibili altre versioni del prodotto e che il supplier non aggiorna le numeriche relative allo stock degli item.
Sto perdendo la fiducia del cliente per la loro incompetenza. Appena riesco a risolvere questo disastro di ordine procederò a cambiare totalmente ed ad abbandonare CjDropShipping, evitatelo vi fanno fallire!

The CJ dropshipping service is one of the best I've seen. Customized packaging, ease of use and fast delivery are all offered in one place. Special mention for the quality after-sales service and for the agent Hedy who gave me an exceptional welcome to guide my first steps. He answered all the questions very quickly with personalized tutorials through screenshots. This professionalism is highly appreciated.

Quick warning to anyone considering CJ Dropshipping:
They’re awful.
Used them during my testing phase
Asked them for a picture of the product I sourced and they told me not to worry that it was all good
Placed around 300 orders before moving onto an agent
Turns out they sourced a different product than what I specifically requested
That product ended up harming one of my customers. I literally could’ve gotten SUED but my customer was super nice
I tell them I want a refund for the incorrect sourcing and they tell me they sourced a better option than what I asked for...
It was a night and day difference between the 2 products, and they literally tried telling me it was the same product. After arguing they then tried saying it was better quality than the one I asked for (clearly)
They didn’t want to refund me for any of the other incorrect orders so they only refunded me the 1 order that hurt the customer
Weeks go by, that product ends up breaking for 10-15 other customers
I ask for a refund and send them proof with screenshots and get...
no refunds. no money back. nothing.
They’re super shady the way they do business. Instead of refunding me a few hundred bucks they would rather argue for days and take no action, saying they’re doing what’s best for me lol
They really have some nerve to try to tell you you’re in the wrong instead of owning up to their mistakes
Spent around $1500 on those orders that ended up being something I didn’t ask for
TLDR: CJ sourced an incorrect product that ended up hurting a customer and breaking for many others. Yet, they never refunded me.
If someone from CJ replies to this saying they tried to help: COMPLETE BS
I spent so much time trying to work out a fair deal and they did not care. I spent so much time dealing with these issues and orders and they only refunded me 1! So ridiculous. I bet many of the reviews on here are paid
Save your time, money, and energy and go elsewhere.
One last note: Processing times were taking around 20 days. Just processing. Shipping times were 35-45 days
