i use the CJ droppshipping two weeks. I order like 20 orders... after 1 week i asked if the orders was send and then they told me that it was not in stock... I finde a nother factory on CJ befor i made my orders i asked if they have it on stock and they told me yes... after a few same thing happend. my custemors got realy mad for waithing extra 3 weeks almost because CJ are so unprofessional. ...

do not work with this company, they are crooks and liars, the whole experience was disgusting, Hugo Hu was our account manager, told us incorrect wrong information, wasted our time, took ages to reply, when he did he was rude,all he can say is LMAO.. shopify should not work with this company, no one should, we will dedicate time to making sure others know how bad they are on every social platform ...

Unreliable people, please run away from this. So many one star reviews that they are asking starters like to rate them with 5 starts even though they are not solving any doubts.

Shipping costs are outragous. AVOID. $7 shipping for a $0.50 toy? There are much better suppliers around that don't overcharge for shipping to this degree.

Customer support is basically non-existent. If you ever have problems with your account that aren't in the FAQ, you are basically never going to resolve it. Even if you get a hold with them they do not provide any meaningful help to you.

I used this app after checking the reviews. But my experience just a few days after opening, was truly of nightmares. I spent six hours trying to get my clients order pushed through.
