Many important features are not supported. For example, here's a list of features we have discovered are not working correctly/as expected.
- one-time fees (like expedited fee). If you want to add a one-time fee to a product with a quantity of 3, it'll add 3x that one-time fee without a reasonable workaround.
- It doesn't work on a product that is featured directly on the home page. The product must be reached through the catalog/product page for the feature to work (otherwise when adding to cart the value is 0).
- doesn't have a support for customizing emails so the user gets email based on their selections.
- doesn't have a way to calculate item weight based on selections.
- if you have any numbers or special characters in the name of a drop-down, it will break the price calculation formula.

the feature works well if you have a very basic use case but if you have a complex product and features, it is still quite lacking.

The app did not display the calculator as desired. I admit that I was using it for general calculations display, and it is possible that my problems were user error. When I just about had it customized to display as desired, it no longer displayed the calculators at all. Deleting and making new calculators did not fix it. Deleting and creating new products did not fix it. Uninstalling and reinstalling did not change anything.
The user interface is more than adequate. It is not polished. It was fairly easy to create calculators once I understood the mechanics.
It is more customizable than the other options, which is why I tried it.
I can't rate it higher because it did not do the thing I installed it to do. Ultimately I sought a custom solution.
