Apippa‑Custom Price Calculator

Apippa's Custom Price Calculator has been great for handling complex, made-to-order pricing on my wallpaper store being able to build calculators around dimensions, options, and colour choices without needing a developer has saved me so much time.

What really stood out was the support. When I ran into a pricing issue, Shai jumped in quickly, explained exactly what was going on in plain terms, and helped me work through building out a proper fix rather than just a band-aid. That level of hands-on help is rare for an app at this price point.

Highly recommend if you sell customisable or made-to-measure products and want pricing that actually reflects what your customers choose.

We've been using this app for several years without any issues. Recently, we encountered our first problem, and the support team was incredible. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and worked with us to resolve the bug. We're very impressed with both the app and the excellent customer support.

We just started working with this app for our non-sticker items and ran into some issues during the 10 day "decide before you buy" stage. I reached out to support and they helped me right away. I will have these products live in a few days.

The calculator has been a game changer with pricing as large-format printing has a lot of variables.

I will update in a month to add more feedback as I get more products completed.

Great customer service. However, I am not currently subscribing to this app. Perhaps in the future if they implement the feature I need, I will convert, however, for the time being, I am going with another option :)

My and Claude AI were stuck trying to get our pricing to work. After contacting support, they were able to fix my issue very quickly and I was able to finish up my pricing. Very helpful!

Customer service was excellent. Had an issue with the price not showing on our live site and customer service was quick to look into the problem. We were unable to resolve the issue before the free trial ran out and they were nice enough to extend until the issue was fixed at no charge.

One thing I will note is at first I was suspicious of their customer service email address because it wasn't @Apippa.com or something of the sort, but I assure you we had no issues.
