I have been very impressed with the customisation options as well as the support from the team. We have quite complex requirements, but the team has been great at stepping in and helping when needed. Really good and flexible, which is vital for small businesses and those growing as well.
So far, experience is great! Very speedy customer service! Took some time for me experimenting with different formulas and testing different setups, but I feel like I built a pretty fancy calculator for knowing nothing about how to do it.

Customer service was excellent. Had an issue with the price not showing on our live site and customer service was quick to look into the problem. We were unable to resolve the issue before the free trial ran out and they were nice enough to extend until the issue was fixed at no charge.
One thing I will note is at first I was suspicious of their customer service email address because it wasn't @Apippa.com or something of the sort, but I assure you we had no issues.
