The first year it worked perfect. The last 2 years I have had nothing but problems and no one knows how to correct them. Shopify and this calculator do not work well together. I really wanted it to work and gave it a really good go, but not any longer.
The support is excellent. Any issues are dealt with quickly and the calculators are up and running in no time, no waiting 24hours for a response! Would highly recommend.
