The customer support for Apippa is fantastic. Despite a few initial set up challenges with the app due to some unique requirements I required from the calculator for curtain measurement, the customer support team were always very responsive and managed to solve all of the challenges I faced. The first year it worked perfect. The last 2 years I have had nothing but problems and no one knows how to correct them. Shopify and this calculator do not work well together. I really wanted it to work and gave it a really good go, but not any longer.
