OK, i honestly did not belive that this was important for my site. I already had Product reviews and a Norwegian pricerunner site. However i learned that my clients reply to this simple form alot more then other review types. It's a quick and effective way for me to track how happy my clients are, and to catch trends both in products, quality and customer sattisfaction.
Great app, allows you to understand what works and what may not work.

Customer guru NPS gives a good general over view of customer satisfaction. It would be helpful if we were able to follow up on the feedback and ask "why do you feel this way" which would give deeper insight.

It will give you a really good insight into what is happening with your site. I wish we got this 2-3 years ago. Probably, would have lost less customers.
