Absolutely horrendous customer support; I have tried to reach them since April 2023 to help me troubleshoot (hello@customer.guru). None of my reviews show up on the testimonials page. Not sure if it is a code problem or something else (I've copied/pasted their exact custom code for my store). Originally, individual NPS reviews showed up fine, and after some time they stopped displaying.

No one reviews you for 2 weeks? 99% of your reviews are 10/10? doesn't matter cause it'll go to 3 stars out of 5 if you have no reviews for 2 weeks.
How can you not get any reviews in 2 weeks? well unless you pay $50 a month you only get 5 free emails to send out to customers per month to ask them to write a review. So it's very easy to not get any reviews for 2 weeks.

I would not recommend using this app. There is no way to stop a survey once it's scheduled, the dashboard UI is buggy, there is no way to change the survey schedule once it's sent out, the survey responses show incorrect geographical locations, and the support is very slow to respond, or does not respond at all.

We upgraded to their paid plan for over 1000 emails which we don't need as we barely have 200.These was done was out of the 5 free emails one was a classified as detractor as the customer did not want to do this surveys so it's classified as 0/10 detractor which is negative. Then after upgrading walla it's still happening that those who do not want to make a review is classified as 0/10 detractor ...
