This is a great tool for those offering simple personalization and customization. Just the right tools, and it's right priced. I've been in the product customization software industry for many years with a higher priced competitor, not on the app store, and the feature set here is almost comparable. In fact, I would choose this over that for what I am doing.

Some areas that could use improvement:

Profanity Filtering - We could use an integration or home grown solution that is more foolproof.

Multiple product perspectives - more complex personalization would require multiple views of the product.

Color Swatches in Options Sets generated from a Color Library - a bit cumbersome to have to build swatches for the front-end UI (Option Set) separately from the template library. Swatches could be generated from the color library that is referenced in a template for the Option Set. This would save quite a bit in setup time.

I cannot say enough of how customily allowed us to become a differentiator in our market, especially since we sell very detailed and highly customized products. My only complaint would be that when we started 2+ years ago it was not very user friendly. It still is difficult for me to understand certain parts, BUT the customer service which is now embedded via chat in the app, is beyond helpful and I have yet to stump them. Wish the price could go down, but definitely worth the price we pay.

We've been using Customily for a few months now. While it definitely takes some time to learn how it works, it is a powerful app and the support is phenomenal. We will continue using the app and learning more about it, we are overall very happy with it. The only downside may be that the usage fees are a little high, probably only for countries with weak currencies though. Other than that, thanks to the team for proving such great support!
