This is a great app for sending data. Super customizable -- we use to send different spreadsheet contents to many vendors. The support is prompt and great to work with.
The team at Data Export has gone out of their way to set up our reports so perfectly that we didn't have to do much work afterwards. We own a franchise and they require very specific weekly reports that would have taken forever to complete but it only takes minutes with Data Export! A++++++ customer service.
We use this app to help export only the needed information, as well as some additional information that isn't available on the native order exports. The customer support team was very nice in the chat feature. They responded quickly and efficiently to my questions and helped me add some fields that weren't normally there.
Great app to help sort out customers, unfulfilled orders, etc. And any time I have an issue, if i reach out on live chat they have it fixed in minutes.

So glad that I discovered this app! I'm able to get such custom detailed reports to meet some our complex bookkeeping situations. Not only that, but the support is fantastic - they have created so many reports and helped me troubleshoot a variety of things to get the data that I needed.
GREAT service! I was having a hard time creating a report that I needed for inventory/cost tracking and John was very helpful. They're incredibly responsive via chat and followed up via email with the report that I needed as promised. I had additional questions about the report that was emailed and David was able to verify the work that John had done as per my needs.
