Data Export IO: Reports

A great app with great support at a great price! Whether you need a basic report, or something really complex, Data Export can do it. And if you can't figure it out, the team behind the app will do it for you. 10/10!

I rarely write reviews for products or services that I use. However, I have had the most wonderful experience with this app. The app itself is great and works very well. Equal to the awesomeness of this app is the support that is provided. There were a number of fields that I wanted imported and a handful of fields on my orders that I did not want imported and the support crew at Data Export were able to quickly and professionally make the alterations that I needed. I've e-mailed them probably 12 times and my e-mails are always responded to in less than 24 hours. I'm glad I found this app and I'm happy to know that this app is backed by top notch customer support.

We just purchased this app and within minutes I had 3 reports emailed to me. When I asked them to make a few changes it was done within minutes. Right now, we are very pleased with Data Export!

Data Export is an excellent option for creating custom reports beyond the "out of the box" offerings from Shopify. In additional to giving you the user flexibility in creating reports, the service from the developer is top-notch. I had a very complex report need from my accountant, and I went back and forth with Data Export's team multiple times. They took on the burden of creating the report and putting it in my account for me. They were very responsive to tweaks that were more complicated than I ever could have done on my own. I highly recommend this app!

Great app and even better support. We use it to automate orders to different vendor warehouses (among other things).
Easy to configure once you know what you're doing...and the support team is there for you every step of the way. :)

This app has a deep report creating interface, it has been very helpful for generating and automating reports. Customer Service is top notch.

We have received excellent customer service from Jim and Daniel to help us create an order form to make our shipping handling more automatic. They organised the template exactly as we needed it which was very helpful!
