Best data exports I have ever worked with in my 15 years of web design. Shopify's reports out of the box have been a little difficult to get right for our reporting. We downloaded Data Export Reports to help fix this issue. Support is always available to help and always go above and beyond to get it right. Would definitely recommend!
This reporting system is great! David is amazing and is such a great help when needed. Our customers now have the detailed reports they need and we have saved so much time. Highly recommend.

Just got instant, expert help from Sree on another report that included a Custom Field this time. These guys are awesome and so is their product!
Update 3-2023: Wow - EPIC customer support. I cannot possibly recommend the service and more importantly the POWER this app brings to our Shopify stores. Data exports, scheduled product status reports, sales breakdown by customer by period... the list goes on and on. We have ~15 apps in our store, this one has the most features, the best service and just $12. INCREDIBLE!!!
INCREDIBLE value for $12 a month!!! We use this app for creating live inventory status/QTY feeds to our reseller customers. We were looking for some customization, and in less than 30 minutes, Shawn had the feature totally dialed in. This app adds a TON of value in managing our business, I would strongly encourage any store owner to give it a try. We have just started exploring the vast capability of this app, super impressed!! Support has also been excellent in daytime hours (USA). Very, very impressed!!

Tec support has been amazing! They helped me get my custom report set up and tweaked after I found some things that were not working quite right. They even created extra custom reports as a work around for my issue. They were very responsive via chat and got a screenshare set up for next day when my issue could not be resolved via chat.
